We purchased a house and then sold a house with Cassandra and her husband David. We thought it would be great, 2 agents for the price of 1. We were left quite disappointed with the whole thing. What we were promised in their pitch to us is not what was ultimately delivered. Communication was the worst part. We had to chase, chase, chase to find stuff out. See where things were at, get reports from opens. And they didn't communicate with each other which made things even more confusing. Market knowledge was good and in the end they did sell the house, but we think based on our experience we would certainly research potential agents much better in the future.

Cassandra recently sold my Mum's unit. She is a great communicator and was in touch with me about every factor during the sale. Herself and David went out of their way to meet with my elderly mother at her new place of residence and were very kind and patient with her.
