we had our property with another agent but with no success. saw that David and Cassandra had sold some other properties in our town rather quickly so gave them a call. they were very diligent, friendly and professional and HONEST telling us what to expect. we put our property on the market on Friday afternoon and sold it lunch time Saturday for the agreed price. we were kept informed constantly by mobile of the transaction. we were very pleased indeed.
