Cassandra comes across as a nice person and was friendly to talk to to. She was prompt with her communication, corresponding even beyond business hours. I did not have to remind her of things, and felt she had a good grasp of all the details that were relevant to the sale. We got a good price and it sold quite quickly. To what extent that was due to Cassandra is hard for me to say, but I was very pleased with the result.

Cassandra appears to have a good sense of the Macleay Island market, and where the market is headed. She listened carefully and responded promptly with relevant documents to get the process started. The target price was set at the top end of the vacant land sale band. A marginally lower bid was received but rejected.
