Cassandra appears to have a good sense of the Macleay Island market, and where the market is headed. She listened carefully and responded promptly with relevant documents to get the process started. The target price was set at the top end of the vacant land sale band. A marginally lower bid was received but rejected. Cassandra was clearly immediately working with her team with marketing the land, as within a month of listing Cassandra advised that an offer of the target price had been received.
