At all times I felt Cassie was working for me. I contacted 3 agents but she was the one who seemed more realistic in her appraisal. One agent seemed more interested in his own CV than my property. Cassie kept me informed at all stages of the process and offered good advice on what I could do to the house to help sell and, more importantly, what I did not need to do. Her advice was sound. In light of the issue which an inspector found, Cassie advice was very valuable and her dealings with prospective buyers showed she was interested in getting the best price for me, rather than looking after her fee.
