Cassie attended all my inspections lasting a couple of weeks. It was clear from the get go that she was experienced and throughout our ‘partnership’ I often benefited from her helpful advice and extensive knowledge on procedures and presentation skills. She was always punctual… hail, rain or sunshine;! On arrival she quickly scanned the place for ‘imperfection’; ensured that visitors observed health protocols before entering the property eg. taking their shoes off and was an absolute stickler for Covid-19 rules. I found ‘working’ with Cassie an absolute delight. She was genuine and proved to be a great asset in achieving our targeted sale price!
