Thanks for your review. I have to say your groundless accusation is quite shocking, I couldn't believe what I've read.
I've never thought a seemingly reasonable person like yourself would twist the facts and made such a false accusation like this.
As always, in every transaction, I have been trying my best to provide my professional services to both buyers and vendors, as
I do trust people need to show respect to each other.
I'm very shocked to hear that you think we "ignored your requests". We've transacted completely according to the contract, I don't
believe there is anything falling through the cracks. If you truly believe there was anything the vendor hasn't fulfilled under the
contract, you could follow up with your solicitor to have it investigated.
I appreciate the conditions of house at the settlement didn't quite meet your expectation, but it was not as bad as you described here.
You should have remembered that I immediately helped you deal with these issues including treating the green
pool service. The vendor paid $600 as well. How could you say "ignored your requests". I hope next time when you write a review for someone, please try
to be objective and stick to the truth. Thank you!
