Friendly and genuine REA that works for both the buyer and seller!

I am writing a review on both this site and realestate. As buyers, my husband and I felt that Cassie was a great REA. She was friendly and kind. She attended to all of our questions in a timely manner - and we had a LOT of questions about everything (keys, details, reasons etc). We were looking for a home (not an investment) and she was honest and upfront with everything she knew about the home, including recent renovations AND suggested renovations, which matched up to the information on our own B&P Report. This gave us confidence that we knew what we were buying. She let us view the home quite a few times during settlement period and helped us connect to the previous owner when we had some emergency address issues with energy suppliers! Overall she was very helpful, and made us buyers feel safe which I think could be rare in this kind of market. Thanks Cassie for all your hard work! 5/5!
