My wife and I found Cat Fraser to be the most genuine and honest of real estate agents we’ve ever had dealings with. Cat worked extremely hard for us, she was reliable through the whole sale, always kept us updated and followed up on everything asked. Cat was so refreshing to deal with and made everything simple and easy. Nothing was to hard, communication was on point no matter the day or time. After dealing with another agency, who were unable to get an offer on the property after a year, Cat had us an offer only after three weeks of signing with her. Cat and Erin were very professional and easy to work with. They made the whole sales process less stressful and no request was too big to deal and resolve it quickly and efficiently. Sitting on the other side of the world, it never too much for Cat to respond to my emails late into the evenings when I only expected a response the following day. Cat always gave me honest and objective advice when asked for and she always had my back in negotiations with potential buyers. Although the final price was below my original expectation, it was above fair value in terms of where the market and economy was.
