We found Cat to be a very friendly and professional real estate agent from our first meeting. She followed this through with excellent communication throughout the selling process from advise on listing, when open homes would be, and what happened at each open home within hours of each one. This was backed up with written weekly reports/updates from her assistant Erin. Overall we felt that Cat kept us well informed, and always carried out what she promised to do.

Whether by phone, text or email, I always knew what was happening and where things were at. Cat always provided me with my options at each step and was helpful in providing recommendations based on her experience. I achieved a sale price above market at the time. I genuinely have no negative feedback. I would highly recommend Cat to anyone.

Starting off the experience was not the greatest as I felt I was being pushed into making an important decision I was advised by Cat to drop my asking price several times due to her market knowledge in the area. I was not expecting such a quick sale of my house and the credit goes to Cat, through her hard work and professionalism. Ultimately I was satisfied with the result and would like to thank Cat for the outcome.

What we liked most on our first meeting with Cat was her local knowledge of the market in our area. Cat was always 15 minutes early for open homes and appointments and arrived well prepared with yellow flags, lollies, fliers and always immaculately dressed. Cat told us from the start what a realistic price was for our home based on her local market knowledge. Cat is gentle yet firm, patient, organised, friendly and honest. Cat knew our requirements for the sale to happen and never pushed us to accept offers just so she could get a sale. She was considerate at all times.
