5 Stars is definitely not enough after my experience with Cat! From the minute I first made contact with her she was incredible to deal with. She is experienced, knowledgable, patient, understanding and very professional (the list goes on). We were securing a house in QLD whilst living in NSW which already had its challenges but Cat helped us along the way from start to finish and made our dreams come true! At no point was there ever a time where Cat was not available to answer a question (and believe me I had many) or assist in any way. This is not only a testament to her level of commitment to her clients but also to her job which was truly admirable. This was our first property to buy and while the whole process was exciting it was also very daunting. Cat made every step easy and her market knowledge was invaluable in making a decision to purchase the property we did in the area where we will call home. After dealing with another agent (who I will not name) that was absolutely no help at all, Cat really showed me how the process should go and what the standard should be. I could go on and on. 2 years ago we bought through Cat and she went above and beyond. We had to buy remotely and Cat did a facetime walk through pointing out the good and bad of the property so we could make an informed decision about buying. Previously we had dealings with agents that wouldn't get off their butts to help us purchase, needless to say we didn't buy through them. Cat guided us through the intricacies of QLD property purchasing and liased with the overseas seller to get it done. When it came time to sell, Cat was the only agent we spoke to. Once again she went above and beyond. The property sold 3 days after going on line and for way more than we hoped for. She is now helping the tenants to find something suitable to move into when their lease ends in a couple of months. Would I sell or buy with Cat again?
