We first contacted Cat two years ago to enquire about the value of a property we had in Coomera. Cat was very informative about what was happening in the area and offered to keep us informed about housing prices, infrastructure changes and growth in the region which did regularly from that first contact. Once we decided to put the home on the market we contacted a couple of agents to compare knowledge and expertise which was very important to us as we lived interstate and had no chance of being there in person.
