Having just purchased a unit through Stephanie and Cate, I cannot speak too highly of them: personable, efficient and professional in every respect. My purchase process proceeded quite swiftly (approx. 5 weeks from first inspection to collection of keys) yet I never felt rushed or pushed along. They were both charmingly friendly, yet firmly focussed – questions were followed up promptly and nothing was too much trouble, even at odd hours. Cate was very good at what she does Cate communication skills and knowledge of the market as well as her selling technique was unique and resulted in a sale for us in a limited amount of time as Christmas was fast approaching I would recommend Cate to anybody selling a house in this area.
This is my second experience in twelve months of selling through PMM and utilising the expertise of Stefanie Szycman and Cate Davey. This time, I enjoyed the full experience of the “set sale” process, which from the perspective of a seller, I believe to be an excellent method. Right from the start of the campaign, both agents worked very hard communicating with prospective purchasers and keeping me informed of the level of interest and the results of open homes. Unfortunately the first contract fell over at the end of the 28 days “finance” period. The hard work started again as both agents swung into action, contacting the previous unsuccessful prospects and advising the property was again available. Cate quickly organised and conducted two open homes on consecutive days. I was completely overwhelmed when, after the second open home Cate called to tell me she had not one, but two offers for me. The choice was easy, I decided on the slightly lower “cash” offer. A very pleasing outcome from a team of professional, hard working agents, who provided an excellent level of communication throughout the process.
