I can’t thank Caterina enough for what she has done to make this purchase happen. I called one Saturday to enquire about a property that was open for inspection earlier and I was advised by Caterina that we can only see that house next weekend because inspection time was over and she had few more open homes to do that day. Most agents saw how I was dressed and thought I wasn’t serious buyer and kept asking if I had been pre approved. It annoyed me. My money was ready and I own a few properties in the same area.
