I can’t thank Caterina enough for what she has done to make this purchase happen. I called one Saturday to enquire about a property that was open for inspection earlier and I was advised by Caterina that we can only see that house next weekend because inspection time was over and she had few more open homes to do that day. She was efficient on the phone she quickly identified what I was looking for and invited me to 2 open homes that day. One was 47 Courtney Loop. Her knowledge about the market was fantastic. Why I say fantastic, it’s because I’ve seen heaps of agents in that area for properties and it is shocking how some people have their jobs. What I really loved about Caterina, is that she didn’t only work for to quickly take my deposit and called it a sale, she ensured myself and the vendors are both happy with pricing which is rare to find. Lastly and the most important thing to me was she took me as a serious buyer. I’m young and into property markets who wants to grow his portfolio. Most agents saw how I was dressed and thought I wasn’t serious buyer and kept asking if I had been pre approved. It annoyed me. My money was ready and I own a few properties in the same area. With Caterina, she never asked me nor assumed. She just treated me the way she wanted to be treated when she’s a customer. Loved her service, loved her staff and she is an asset to LJ Hooker.
