Cate gave me a range for the property I set the reserve at the top of the range and said get me 100K more and the house will sell Cate did this 1 week before auction tbbhe deal was closed. At the same time Cate did the ground work and obtained a good price for the house in QLD and saved me 35Kfrom what I susgessed I would be willing to pay. Cate worked hard to finalise both contracts for the houses and was continually talking to both sets of lawyers.
