I have had a hard time with Agents in the past and difficulties with them, and Kathy was so easy to deal with. If (and when), I choose to sell, I would be very happy to use Kathy as my agent. She walked me through the steps, and was incredibly accommodating and even arrange a pre-exchange appointment with very little notice. I had difficulties getting strata records from the strata manager and she contacted the owners and the strata company to obtain these details for me.
