From the first meeting, through to the listing and sale, her team were proactive, responsive (at all times), organised, punctual and totally in control. Catherine was honest and transparent all the way through. Then critically, she delivered on the sale. Our property was listed for only 1 week (sold pre-auction), we had multiple competing buyers and were very happy with the outcome. Overall, an outstanding experience!

Catherine really knows the real estate business. She is a confident, astute operator whilst still retaining the personal touch. This is the third time Catherine has represented me for a sale and nothing is too much trouble. On this occasion, I was selling whilst interstate and Catherine took care of everything including staging the property and liaising with the managing agent when some end of tenancy issues arose.
