I spent six months looking for a home to purchase in Paddington and during that time came to know quite a few of the agents working the area. I always found Catherine to be the most knowledgeable of the market, having herself lived and worked in the area for years. Throughout the six months, she showed me numerous properties, both advertised and off-market, and my eventual purchase of an off-market property would not have been possible were she not to have had such strong relationships with vendors in the local area. I always found Catherine to be communicative, responsive and enjoyable to deal with. During the purchase process, I always felt informed of the progress and even beyond settlement, Catherine has been very helpful with suggestions for builders and contractors to carry out works needed. At every stage, I felt she went above and beyond and I highly recommend her services.

I had not felt compelled to rate Catherine Dixon before this gadget came along as I personally did not know her. She was given the listing when I contracted her manager to sell my property and apparently she became my agent without me being aware of it. Catherine communicated excellently and was part of a very efficient hard working sales team. We achieved above average sales results but I am not in a position to guess whether it was as a direct result of Catherine's sales expertise, or the merit of the property itself, or the successful sales campaign which led to it I had not intended to make this public but I was astounded I was given as a thank you present subsequent to a $2m sale a K-Mart beach towel worth about $10. It was not the material worth that counted but the choice of the gift was a complete let down. I do hope that she accepts my review.
