This is the second property Catherine has sold for me, the first was 15 years ago and - despite the number of years passed - I knew I didn't want anyone else. Catherine made everything so easy. She has so much knowledge of and experience in the Canberra market. Her advice was practical and honest, gave us great guidance on 'how far' we should go with preparing for sale. She went above and beyond to assist with orgranising trades and gardeners on our behalf. She was a prompt communicator and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We felt she worked hard for us as the sellers and gave us every confidence that she had it all under control.
