The outcome of 24 days on the market and a sale price of $1.8m was pleasing. Our first sales associate was Tara Jaijee ,who after two weeks departed the company. For the next two weeks there was a communications gap resulting in a few minor hiccups. Our replacement sales associate was Jemma Psaila. Jemma was first class - customer focussed, friendly, responsive, courteous communicative and caring.
The team were extremely responsive and professional in all dealings.
