At the busiest time in the year Cathy was able to attract buyers and get out brief done. We had little to do with the sales process but were kept in contact with all the detail as the sale progressed. Our expectations on price were trimmed substantially but in the end we are happy with the outcome. I think Cathy did exactly what we asked for, without hassles or concern.
