Cathy is an amazingly hard worker. She finds the best fit/solution rather than making a quick sale. I have bought twice and sold twice through Cathy. She cares, she's always told it how it is, she's knowledgeable, diligent, she is always positive and most importantly ethical. Her team are hand picked to fit in with Cathy's work ethics. They are all a delight to deal with and I will continue to use Cathy as my agent as I know she will take care of my affairs as though they were her own, a rare quality that makes her so successful. Cathy also gives back into the community and is am extremely generous person with her time and financially to charities on the Coast.
