After purchasing this home through Cathy 2.5years ago, there was no questioning who we would be selling our home with. From our first conversation, Cathy has been nothing but amazing. Her knowledge and experience in the area shone through from the start which, i believe, helped us in achieving above our dream price and sell so quickly. With multiple interested parties from the first open home, we were shocked by how much interest our little home was getting. Cathy's negotiation skills were put to the test with 3 buyers all wanting to purchase our home and with the final negotiations, we were both speechless at the end result.; it was a result that we had dreamed about and said jokingly, "'imagine if this happened" not thinking it was possible! But with Cathy, anything is possible! We were only on the market for 9 days before signing unconditional contracts and i believe this would not have been possible if it weren't for Cathy! I would like to thank and commend Cathy and her team at PRD Nationwide for the way she handled the sale of our property. We realised that our property was not going to fit into a standard category of houses for sale, and Cathy advised us to put the property on the market in a price range rather than a set price so that it could find its level. The range she gave us proved correct and generated interest in the place and finally achieved a sale well above the base of our range. She worked quietly, consistently and persistently and kept us well informed throughout the sales period. She and her other agents were always polite and always did what they said the'd do, especially in keeping appointemnts with potential buyers.

Was very satisfied with Cathy, and the information she supplied. She got the ball rolling quite quickly and the whole process went smoothly.Cathy's assistant Tracey was very helpful as well, and accommodating. However I would have liked to have been able to see the property more than once, and they could have dealt with the hostile tenant more forcefully.Other than that, as a first home buyer I was very satisfied with PRD as a whole.
