We had our DA approved (4 bedroom architecturally designed home), cleared and flat land Listed wiith a local Cessnock agent for over 1 year and it never sold. We had interested buyers but they were not quality (no finance) or the agent just kept presenting us with discounted offers when it was already a competitively priced property. As soon as we got the site listed with Cathy and her marketing network, it sold within 1 month and at full asking price (no discounted offers presented). A pretty good testament in a market where land is in abundance throughout the region!!!
