If you’re looking for a real estate agent who actually tells it like it is, Cathy Lepik is your woman. I first bought through her in 2019 and was floored when she pointed out the negatives alongside the positives. Most agents would run a mile from a flaw, but Cathy handled it with total respect for the sellers while being 100% honest with me. Fast forward to my recent sale of the same house I bought from her: she (together with RE agent Mike Reeve) had us under contract in less than 6 weeks. She’s been in the game a long time and it shows—no fluff, constant communication, and she gets the job done and she'll look after you and let you know exactly what's going on instantly. Cathy was amazing, with her communication skills keeping us up-to-date as we moved through the process of selling our investment property. We were very happy with the advice provided and the result achieved was above our expectations. Also kept in constant contact while she was on a short leave break after Christmas. Although she was supported by others in the office during this time, her desire to keep in contact was indicative of her professionalism and commitment to achieving a great result for us (both with regards to speed of sale and financial result).
