The sale of the house was complex, with a number of problems caused by one owner being in New Zealand and the other about to move to the UK. Cathy not only coped with the extra hassle this caused but also collected paperwork from the dreadfully slow postal system at a time when mortals were still sleeping! If you want an agent who will understand 'problems' you might bring to a sale, then Cathy's the one. If you speak to her nicely, she'll even pop in for several coffees to keep you fully updated!
