I do not know Cathy except over the phone. Negotiations which I had to do depended on her expertise and knowledge of the UNIT which I bought. Cathy had to believe that I was a credible purchaser and not a looker, she had to tell me everything necessary for me to make a decision to purchase or not to purchase, she had to negotiate for me after I decided to purchase and then she had to recommend a solicitor to do the transfer and all the necessary paperwork . Cathy recommended Mariaan Erasmus who did what had to be done, and I am now the owner of an investment unit which my lovely wife said that after 43 years of doing all our investments together I could not do it without her. I did it without her knowing and it is in my name ONLY. My wife Loraine (only one "R") now knows that I can do things without her but I would NOT trade her for the worth.
