We recently purchased a property through Cathy and Zita. The entire process went smoothly. Prior to signing the contract we viewed the property several times and Cathy and Zita were very accommodating and we never felt pressured to buy which made us feel very comfortable to discuss the property further. We were interested in making a few modifications to the property and Zita was extremely helpful with providing contacts for services that we could liaise with to organise this. Even after signing the contract and going unconditional they have been in contact and allowed us to view the property so that we can prepare for the move. Very professional, friendly and approachable and I would be happy sell a property through them. Thank you
