Because we live in Bunbury and our house was in Kalgoorlie, we needed a real estate agent who not only opened our home for viewing but also kept an eye on the place week to week for any maintenance needed. The sale took a few months due to having tennants for part of that time and also due to the slower market in Kalgoorlie but we were happy with the final offer and outcome.
