Iris had everything ready and sorted by our second phone call, had photos and advertising booked and waiting to go when I was ready and had available time. There wasn't a moment I had to stop and wonder what was happening as her and her team had weekly update emails of how everything was progressing throughout selling. Her knowledge of Kalgoorlie and housing was impressive, with buyers lined up for the right houses. I felt at ease with Iris selling my house and would recommend her to anyone selling or buying, as she has that personal touch to make everyone feel comfortable and not pressured. She definitely helped me get the right price and person for my little home.
