With over 36 years of real estate experience, Cathy has amassed a wealth of knowledge across all aspects of the industry, including; sales and marketing, development site sales, land sales and stock and station sales, just to name a few. Cathy saw a need from clients to provide a more personalised service so, in February 2009 she started Walton Property with one goal: To provide that very needed pro-active, customised service that you can't get anywhere else! After over 13 successful years, the Kurmond office is a leader in its field and has recently joined forces with Stone Real Estate Hawkesbury to take advantage of the latest technologies, tools and techniques. Now under the Stone Real Estate brand, Cathy Walton and her team can provide an even more amazing service to real estate clients wherever they need her. She has sold homes from Gymea to Bathurst but of course, the Hawkesbury is her area which she focuses on where she has enjoyed building in, living in and bringing up her family in for over 29 years. Cathy’s extended family of her horses and cattle help her to affiliate and connect with vendors and purchasers of acreage which makes her an invaluable asset for any client looking to sell or buy any type of property. A great experience

I had inherited a highly run down property which I wished to sell. I was recommended Cathy Walton of Stone Real Estate Hawkesbury. Cathy totally lived up to that recommendation. Cathy’s knowledge of the market was spot on and the price we achieved was right within the range she predicted. I was impressed with the professionalism of the team with Cathy and Breanna keeping me constantly updated whilst being very patient with us as we gradually cleaned up the property and got it to the point of being able to put it on the market. I could not fault Cathy and the team and we were delighted with the end result. I would highly recommend this team to anyone buying or selling property in the Hawkesbury.
