20 years ago I purchased my property through Cutcliffe and felt it was the right agency through which to sell. From the moment I met Anna I knew that she was the right agent to sell my home. She wasn’t at all phased by my unique lifestyle, and was happy to work around a few requirements that I had. Not only that she had the challenge of selling a property in an area that was not sought after and had a history of properties taking a very long time to sell. I was realistic about that. From the moment the property went live Anna was there to reassure me, kept me updated, and was simply awesome to deal with. The important bit? Anna sold my property in 28 days! That’s a new record for my area. Not only that, Anna negotiated a price that I was delighted with! The sad part is that I will miss our chats over a cup of coffee. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Anna to sell your home, she is down to earth, tells it like it is, and won’t over-promise…but she will deliver!
