We purchased a townhouse in Mackenzie in September. Cathy encouraged us to act very quickly to have our offer accepted. A few months after the purchase, we discovered several issues with the property that had not been disclosed. As we were not on site, I trusted Cathy’s guidance, but this turned out to be very poor advice. She clearly fell short of what a buyer should reasonably expect.
