Cathy showed us the best way to market our property to get our property to stand out from the rest, she really worked hard having open homes three times a week until the property went under contract. Thanks Cathy for the excellent work and the McGrath team for making selling so easy you guys really provide a fantastic service and I would recommend you and your team to anyone considering selling.

Cathy excels at client relationships. She was so professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, responsive and genuinely caring about both the seller and the buyer's best interest. We have been looking to buy a property for almost 5 years and she has stood out with her integrity, attitude and willingness to assist us through the whole buying process. We would definitely recommend Cathy to any seller or buyer to go above and beyond your expectations.

When I first approached her through the phone after working hours, I was surprised that she return my call at night She is very passionate and patient about my concern on the condition in the apartment The point that she does open home on Sundays deeply impresses me. She will update me after every open home about how many parties come to visit the open home till the day my apartment is sold I would strongly recommend Cathy for all your real estate needs.

Kathy has been a great addition to the sales team. One of her strongest qualities is her patience when working with buyers. She takes the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and guide people through the process without making them feel pressured, which creates a very positive experience for clients. As a female agent, she also brings a unique perspective and dynamic to the team. Her communication style and approachable nature help build trust and rapport with a wide range of buyers, making her a valuable asset in sales.

Cathy was absolutely incredible. Her warmth and bubbly personality are matched by her professionalism and I instantly felt comfortable. Buying a new home can be overwhelming, but Cathy's personalised approach, genuine care and support made the process easier. I highly recommend Cathy if you want a trustworthy, super friendly and professional agent. Thank you Cathy.

This was my first time selling, so I was incredibly anxious, but Cathy made the entire process feel manageable. She sold my property off-market, avoided the stress of a campaign and auction, and still secured a price above what I expected. She kept communication clear between me, the buyer and both lawyers, and handled every step with care. I genuinely appreciated how much calmer and smoother she made the experience.

We recently purchased a property through Cathy, and the entire experience was incredibly positive from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for us as buyers. We truly appreciated how much effort she put into ensuring everything went smoothly, and without her guidance and support, the experience would not have been nearly as seamless and enjoyable. It is rare to come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely caring at the same time. We are very grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

As newcomers settling in Brisbane, buying a property in Australia was a completely unfamiliar experience for us. Having Cathy guide us throughout the entire process gave us a great sense of support and reassurance. From the very beginning with property selection, through inspections and communication, to all the paperwork after purchase, including building inspections and settlement, Cathy was incredibly patient and helpful every step of the way. She also coordinated very well between us, the developer and the solicitor. Not only did she provide honest and practical advice, but she also communicated every update and piece of information very promptly, which made the whole process feel smooth and reassuring. In addition, her strong understanding of the Brisbane property market helped make what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us, and ultimately helped us purchase a home that we truly love. Cathy genuinely understands her clients’ needs and always thinks from the client’s perspective. You can truly feel that she wants to help people find the right home for their family, rather than simply completing a transaction. From beginning to settlement, she remained professional, proactive and reliable throughout the entire journey, and she absolutely deserves the highest recommendation from us. We are truly grateful for all of Cathy’s support and would happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy property in Brisbane.

We purchased a townhouse in Mackenzie in September. Cathy encouraged us to act very quickly to have our offer accepted. A few months after the purchase, we discovered several issues with the property that had not been disclosed. As we were not on site, I trusted Cathy’s guidance, but this turned out to be very poor advice. She clearly fell short of what a buyer should reasonably expect.

Cathy was the selling agent for our apartment in East Brisbane. From our first meeting we found Cathy to be both charming and a consummate professional. Cathy is extremely friendly, honest, very helpful and an excellent communicator. As well as being the ultimate professional Cathy is a genuinely lovely person. Throughout the whole selling process Cathy kept us appraised at every stage, whilst engaging with our Solicitor and potential purchasers resulting in a smooth and timely sale. Cathy has a good working knowledge of her marketplace and combined with her contacts and marketing expertise swiftly generated serious offers leading to a successful sale. We can’t praise or thank Cathy enough and without hesitation highly recommend her. Thank you so much Cathy
