Zoe helped us purchase our new home while we were still living abroad. Not only did she provide great communication and detailed information about the property, she adjusted the time of day and methods we communicated to suit our international differences. Effective and regular video calls and inspections replaced the normal face-to-face meetings, and electronic forms replaced the usual paper documents. All were explained in detail and turned around very quickly. Once we arrived in Australia, Zoe met us for our final inspection of the home and welcomed us to the neighbourhood with some lovely wine. Zoe’s professionalism and enthusiasm was very impressive and appreciated.

She made everything so easy! She respected my request to not communicate via phone during working hours. She provided really helpful advise about how we should sell, resulting in multiple offers, well over my originally expected asking price. She always kept me informed and was never pushy. The sale was so easy and Zoe found buyers that loved my house as much as I did, which was the icing on the cake. Zoes chill vibes and calm communication style really helped me stay calm during a time which could have been really stressful. On top of this she's just a really lovely person. I 100% recommend Zoe and will definitely use her as my agent again in future sales.
