I want to thank Johnson Teo to help me secure this dream first home. His guidance to me through the negotiation with the sellers was very helpful, went out of his way and put in extra time and effort to put together a deal which I signed on the day I saw the property. I knew I had to act fast as properties in Runcorn sell very quickly and his help was massive! I am happy to recommend Johnson to my friends and family for future buying or selling.

Ray White Springwood has been highly recommended to us by a good friend. And one cannot look past the expertise and performance of Johnson and Lindsay. They combined their efforts to sell our home. The selling experience has been pleasant and enjoyable. They were knowledgeable and persistent in their follow up of buyers. Constant feedback to keep us in the know always, timely change of strategies to get different results and it’s their proposal to change to sale by auction that got us across the line. Resulted in a cash contract 2 weeks prior to the auction date. We were very happy and this sale by Johnson and Lindsay enables us to finally pursue what we wanted to do. Now its our turn to recommend Johnson and Lindsay to sellers looking at taking the risk out of their selling!

Johnson was chosen out of 6 agents and we went with him as he was the most prepared, most passionate, made promises and delivered them. From the get go, he was very professional, kept us fully informed of all the buyers coming through, gave us price feedback and ultimately used competition among buyers to get us multiple offers. His negotiation skills are top class. When the first contract didn’t went our way, he was very flexible and optimistic offering plenty of strong advice which got us another offer shortly after and sold our property for us. We were right to go with Johnson as he not just works hard but has a lot of heart in everything he does. You will be in good hands if you choose to sell with Johnson.

We had our eye on this house since we went through the open home. Johnson was very upfront to let us know that the house was currently under contract but subject to finance. However if it falls through, he will definitely let us know soonest so that we can put in our offer. Fortunately for us the property fell over and Johnson was very prompt to get onto us, we put in our offer and within hours he told us we were successful! We were so happy that we can secure a dream home that we can live for a long time. Thank you so much to Johnson who made all this possible.

He is the most efficient and best performing agent I have ever worked with. Listed my block of land and got it under contract in 1 day and got a really good price for it as well. I will strongly recommend anyone who wants fast service and best results to sell with Johnson.

Johnson is really proficient in the negotiating of the purchase of our block of land to build our first home. We thank you very much for making the deal a smooth one.

Right from the appraisal meeting, Johnson gave us his honest opinion on our property’s worth and the step by step approach on what he will do right through the sale process. And boy did he deliver results and kept us informed every step of the way. We knew exactly how many buyers came through each open home, the feedback given and recommendations for next steps. He was on the forefront of all things from the get go and we felt very assured and comfortable through this maze of selling. More than 70 groups of buyers through 4 weeks’ of open homes and 5 registered bidders. He helped us set a good reserve price and sold our property under the hammer. We have no qualms to recommend Johnson to anyone who is looking at buying or selling as we know you being looked after by the most trusted and best agent in Calamvale.

When I met Johnson Teo for the first time during the open inspection, he was very professional and gave us all the information we need on our hand to make a decision. 2 weeks to the auction, he kept us up to date with all the latest developments and tools required for us to become a bidder on auction day. Even though I know that I have paid over the worth of the property, I know that Johnson has done his all to get every available dollar for his sellers. With this in mind, when we are selling, we will appoint Johnson as we know he will do exactly that for us.

Johnson is very prompt and professional in his service, assisting us in purchasing this beautiful home. From the offer we issued to the negotiations to the acceptance and everything in between settlement, he has always got back to us in the quickest possible time and giving us peace of mind that everything is according to plan and going smoothly. As we are usually in another city, Johnson’s trustworthiness allows us to enjoy a smooth sailing buying experience and if we were to buy or sell again, we will definitely go with Johnson. No wonder he is Brisbane’s most trusted agent.

We interviewed 5 agents before deciding on putting Johnson to the task. The reason why I selected him to sell my property is because he demonstrated that he is a determined, flexible, professional and trustworthy individual. As I am residing overseas, constant communication with me is very important and Johnson has always been in the loop with me about the buyers coming through, their feedback and recommending me to change strategies when required to make the sale appeal to buyers. I am always in the know. I will gladly recommend Johnson to anyone who is looking at selling.

The reason that I chose to sell with Johnson is because I felt he was a genuine and caring agent whom produces results. I knew about him as I saw his signboards in The Sanctuary quite frequently, and whenever I drove in or out of the estate, I can usually see him knocking on doors or talking to the neighbours. I thought what a hardworking agent and if I sell my home with him, he would put in the same amount of effort and energy for my property. And I was right! Within 1 week of listing in an Auction campaign, he got me offers and got me an unconditional cash offer even waiving off the cooling off period that I couldn’t refuse. On top of results, he was very professional all the way and organised everything like the garden maintenance, pre-auction pest and building inspection, photo shoot and many other things that really take a load off my mind and busy schedule! If I were to buy or sell again, I would definitely go with Johnson as he puts my mind at ease and I would recommend anyone reading this to do the same as well.

We have been looking around Daisy Hill to buy a home near John Paul College for quite some time now. Until we met Johnson Teo and found the right home that he is marketing, we wouldn’t have secured the home that we wanted. Because it is a fixed date sale and we wanted to buy the home quickly and not need to wait, he is very flexible on the process and guided us how to put in an offer so that the seller would consider. His knowledge of the house itself and the market is top class and his service and response time is exceptional. He made the whole buying experience very easy and comfortable for us. If we were to buy and sell again in the future, we would definitely seek Johnson’s advice again.
