Johnson is very helpful in my quest to seek out an investment property. I met him at other inspections prior to buying this property and found him to be very professional, determined and always updating me on the next steps. Finally he helped me buy this property at the auction. It has been a real pleasure to deal with Johnson and I have no doubt I will refer my friends and family to him to buy and sell properties in the future.

Best agent ever! When you speak highly of someone, you talk about honesty, resourcefulness and efficiency, Johnson Teo has all these qualities. What's more, he has a very down to earth personality, being super friendly and he is a living example of the phrase "Action speaks louder than words". We finally got our dream house through him. We truly think that he has helped us more than he should. And we felt that we have to write something really good here. Well done Johnson!

After dealing with Johnson, he is almost like a family to us. Everything he does comes from the heart. We haven’t met such a nice young man for a long time who went out of his way to help us with things like beings hands on with presenting the property, organising handyman to fix a few places around the house, overseeing it and even help us with organising movers to move our furniture and things out of the house when it sold! Most importantly the results achieved exceeded our expectations, giving us some extra money and this really will help us for our retirement. If you want an agent that gives you the best service and best results, seek Johnson.

He made impossible things into reality. 5 stars for Johnson. Highly recommended!

I have bought and sold through Johnson before and due to the exemplary service and commitment that he has shown previously, it was a no brainer that I have decided to go with him again. Johnson exhibits a class and responsibility that no other agents can be on par with. When I sell with Johnson, I feel very assured as he will chase up every possible buyer, every possible offer and give his time and all into doing a fine job. “Dedication” is the word I will use to describe his way of carrying out his work. For those who are reading this, if you want to appoint an agent who cares for you and whom you can trust, go for Johnson Teo!

Johnson is one of the most determined real estate agents we have ever met. We met him once at the open home and once we showed a bit of interested, he kept following us up with phone calls. He took us through on a 2nd inspection and made a deal with the seller and us on the spot and negotiated a price that we were both happy with. He has in depth knowledge of the area he is selling in and gave us all material information required to make a decision. Up until the settlement of the home, he was in constant touch with us, answering all our questions about the house purchase process and helping us make sure the seller clean the house before we move in. When we choose to buy our next house or sell in the future, you can be sure we will choose Johnson again.

We have known Johnson from other open homes and he always have a very courteous attitude towards us and always keep us informed of other properties he have coming up. From my dealings with Johnson, I find that he treats people genuinely and with respect, his knowledge of the market is right up there. That’s why we choose to follow Johnson to his open homes and properties that he recommend. Within a matter of weeks, we found our dream home and Johnson helped us to put a deal together with the seller and made the negotiation process a breeze. I dare say without Johnson, we wouldn’t have found our perfect home. For our first meal at home, Johnson and his family are definitely our VIP guests! To buy or sell, choose Johnson and you are well on your way to great customer experience and results!

Johnson is a very diligent and determined man. Due to his knowledge and expertise, he has sold our property for me and help us to move on with our lives. I have previously tried to sell my home with another agent. There were no results coming to 9 months and therefore I decided to withdraw it. Johnson approached me a few months later and recommended that I sell my property in a different way. He was very persistent and that’s what got him our business. Through his different methods, he has gathered for us over 70 buyers and a few offers through open homes and private inspections. When listing with a price didn’t get me the results that we wanted, he recommended sale by auction. He said is to inject a fresh approach and enthusiasm into the property as there are always new buyers coming into the market. Although it didn’t sell during the auction, he invited almost half the neighbourhood there and there were 6 bidders. It bided to a price close to my reserve but I still wanted more. Johnson did not give up and he still got me offers after the auction. I really admired his “never give up” attitude and he finally sold it for me. He is a man of many trades. He gave me advice as to how the furniture should be positioned to create space and imagination for the buyers. Organising maintenance for the gardens, work with handyman to satisfy the buyers on the pest and building inspection and even recommending me a good conveyancing lawyer to tidy up the sale side of things. I have never met an agent that will go so far to help a seller. He must be one in a million! I recommend Johnson any day to anyone who wants results and great service!

After looking at many homes, we finally bought our dream home to stay in Australia from Johnson Teo of Ray White Springwood. He is a very efficient and responsible agent, always answering our questions, return our calls and make the negotiation process between ourselves and the seller easy. With him handling the whole sale process, we felt very at ease and know that he is always doing the best things by us. He gave us a feeling of trustworthiness which many agents that we dealt with lack. We will refer Johnson to all our friends and family to sell and buy through him. Thank you Johnson for all you have done for us!

I met Johnson at an open home of a property in Daisy Hill which he sold me. From the first moment he greeted me till the moment he followed up with me and got me to put in an offer, he was full of professionalism and energy. He is the charismatic sort of person who can create motivation and inspire others to take action. That is what sparked my wife and myself to go with Johnson as our 1st choice of agent. Although we have a few real estate agent friends in the business, we still went with Johnson. He comes across as genuine, true to his heart and truly cares for his customers. I will go with someone like Johnson any day as I know everything he does, the advice he gives, he means 100% for me. I feel very comfortable with him and entrust him with our biggest assets. His value-added advice like staging the property with hired furniture rather than selling an empty house, painting the place to create sense of “new” and using auction as a platform to create urgency in the buyers. His advice proved to be the best advice we have received as the first open home generated more than 30 groups through, with multiple offers and sold it just after the weekend with a cash unconditional offer that we cannot refuse! It even created the record price for the street. Amazing work efficiency and performance! If you want the best agent to do the best job for you, Johnson Teo is the agent you should appoint! Go speak to him to experience the “Johnson Teo” service.

I bought my first dream home through Johnson Teo of Ray White Springwood. Johnson was very helpful all the way through from the open home to answering all my questions. I indicated to him that I really love the property I saw and he took special note of it. When he got multiple offers on it, he took the time to ring me and let me know about it so that I can make my move on the home as well. He took time out of his Sunday to show me the home once again and then guided me to put in an offer on it. I wouldn’t have been able to buy my first home if not for Johnson’s advice, guidance and exceptional service. I would continue to buy through Johnson and when I am selling in the future, no doubt he will be my agent as well.

We bought our dream home in Daisy Hill through Johnson Teo of Ray White Springwood. He made buying of this home so easy for us! He painted the picture of the type of lifestyles that our family can have in the home. He gave us valuable information of the schools around the home, the amenities and the community. All these prompted us to take action on buying this great home. He made the whole buying of real estate easy for us. The whole process from putting in an offer, negotiating with the seller, to the pest and building inspection and the pre-settlement inspection, he kept us informed throughout the stages. And on the day of us moving in, he gave us a really big surprise of tying a big yellow ribbon on the front door and welcoming us into the home. Because of this experience with Johnson, he made us want to choose him as our agent if we want to do anything real estate wise in the future. We have in the meantime got him to list 2 of our properties for us which he has already sold one! Go with Johnson, he will not let you down!
