Amit clearly knew the demographic of buyers in our area and tailored or sale to suit. He went out of his way to show people through the property outside of the scheduled open home days. He is professional and reliable and I would recommend him to anyone.
Used to always wonder why people used to throng in Amit's open house inspections and auctions. Got my answer when I myself had to deal with him for my first property purchase. Amit has always been a true advisor on what is what keep aside his sales benefit and has demonstrated customer first attitude throughout my engagement with him during the property purchase. His willingness to assist me with any of my query related directly or indirectly with this purchase, begin available anytime of the day and always proactively keeping me updated at every stage of the process, has truly given me a fulfilling experience during one of my most special event of my lifetime i.e. my first own home purchase. Best wishes to Amit and keep up the good work.

Overall we were very happy with Amit as a selling agent. In particular, his level of service was excellent. His manner is highly professional but also easy going and authentic, which not only makes him an easy person to deal with as a vendor but we believe is something potential buyers will respond to positively as well. For our property, he was able to negotiate a price which was above what we expected and we believe definitely above what a less skilled agent would have achieved.
Amit is the rare type of Agent who gives his best to both sides, a person who is less driven by ego, and more so by his positive attitude and actions. We found Amit to be approachable, he kept us well-informed, and above all, honest with what was actually happening throughout the sale. We found Amit to be a great communicator, he returned every email and phone call promptly, and he was in complete control throughout. As is the case with all successful people, Amit is backed by an excellent team to ensure we achieved the result we expected. We highly suggest you trust Amit's advice and let him be at your service like he was for us!
