Shahbaj provided very good information on what we should expect in terms of the market and what we needed to do to prepare for the sale. As we do not live in the area his assistance in providing the names of cleaners and electricians was greatly appreciated. He kept us well informed on what was happening.
Friendly and professional, returns phone calls and follows up. Would have no hesitation in recommending Shahjab for the sale or purchase of your home.
Shahbaj did a great job. My property was sold 24 hours after the home open. The price was well above what I expected. Recommend to anyone who is looking to sell.
Thanks to Shabaj and his wonderful team whose professionalism, responsiveness and genuine care made us feel valued, respected and appreciated. We’re glad our successful purchase came through them as they know how to sincerely connect with people, in addition to being excellent at what they do. Would highly recommend them to buyers and sellers.
Shahbaj was excellent. His local knowledge, contacts and genuine interest in the area and the community make him a stand out. Helpful, informative, friendly and went above and beyond with my endless questions. We have received call backs all the time during the process of settlement and Shahbaj has gone beyond to provide great service. We trusted him with buying our home and he delivered far above our expectations. I would definitely recommend him to buyers and sellers.
Shahbaj Brar was very professional & did not rush us to finalise the sale. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are happy with the process and keep it up the good work, Thank you.
He Did not allow me to do electrical and plumbing inspection before I bought the house , after buying realized it needed 5000$ in repairs on top due to no inspection allowed initially when i asked him for it specifically plumbing and electrical . He Said to me everything will be fixed as per building inspection and then after signing contract the guy says its not a major problem hence none of them can be fixed. He is a very chalak north indian guy to deceive the common man the likes of which is needed to survive in this industry. Zero stars if i could. Stay away is my honest advice
Prompt service and respectfull communication. The property been sold more than i have been anticipated. Always recomended.
