Shahbaj was very friendly and professional. He immediately put me at ease with his calm nature and knowledge of the current market giving me the reassurance I needed with selling my family home. He was not pushy and gave me the time I needed to prepare my home to go on the market. He was very confident in what we as a team could achieve with selling my home. Shahbaj asked me to trust him and I did, selling my home at the first home open. The purchase price exceeding my expectation’s . I was kept informed during each stage during the process and Shahbaj checked I was happy with each step as we moved forward. The whole experience was nowhere near as stressful as I had thought as I knew I could contact Shahbaj with any questions. I would really recommend Shahbaj as he was kind, calm and available, which I think is important when you need reassurance or have questions. He is just a very genuine guy and easy to work with.
