We dealt with shabaz with a previous house that we were selling in thornlie and the experience was he delivered on the promise. We were advised to make some remedial changes which we did and the house was sold in 2 days. I admit that I certainly was a challenging client at times. The house in Mount nasura that we listed recently with shabaz was a tougher sale which was more of a lifestyle house .
