Anyone can sell a property in float market conditions however Shahbaj has not only gone above and beyond on expected price, he has guided us through the whole process with required renovations and tips on displaying the property and attracting wide base of buyers. His market assessment on price was spot on with no fluff. He has always been very responsive and prompt to my calls/texts which is another big tick from sellers perspective.
