Shahbaj has been tremendously helpful in finding us our first home of our dreams! He has been very honest, professional and extremely communicative with us at all times which made the whole experience very delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently, I dealt with Shahbaj for our property purchase. Understanding all the worries and concerns for FH buyer was a key element for us. He was prompt in responding and attentive, which is very important given the market dynamic. Shahbaj was helpful in liaising with the seller regarding the issues raised at the pre-settlement. He is diligent, passionate & supportive for home hunters not just the seller. I’ll recommend him wholeheartedly and would deal with him again.

Our experience with Shahbaj was excellent. He is very proactive and professional.Whole process of selling my property was made easier and delivered the timely result he committed. Shahbaj has good understanding of the area and provides better property appraisal. There is a reason for him being one of the best and award winning real estate agent. Shahbaj was very professional and set up our house to go on the market very quickly. The photographer took some lovely photos of our house, This helped the sale. We had twenty-two people at the house open the second day after posting the advert and sold two days later. Shahbaj has been very good at jogging things along. Just four weeks now to completion. Well done Shahbaj!!!
