It was our first selling experience. Shahbaj made us feel comfortable in the process. We first set our expectations in our initial meeting and he gave us a realistic feedback about the market. He’s the kind of person who doesn’t only talks but he does listen to our concerns and priorities. Always reassuring us of each process and always on time and give us an update in every steps in the way. I would highly recommend Shahbaj for his service.

Shahbaj is working excellently in Thornlie area. He knows the area, is keen to estimate the market and meets people’s needs. I’m satisfied with his professional work during this period and best wishes to Shahbaj and his team.

Shahbaj was friendly, professional and did a great job selling the house quickly.

Our house sold after one home open. Excellent service and would highly recommend Shahbaj

We engaged Shahbaj to sell our home in Thornlie and from the first meeting, we felt very at ease with Shahbaj and felt confident that he would work to get us the best price. Our place went under offer in the first week and everything was taken care of. Sadly the original buyer was declined finance, however Shahbaj worked really hard to get the property back on the market quickly and within a week we had another great offer. Finance was accepted and just like that the house sold. Shahbaj ensured the process was smooth, speedy and very professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services.

Shahbaj has assisted us in selling properties. Shahbaj knowledge of the market is outstanding and I have always been able to rely upon Shahbaj advise and good judgement. I have just gone through this last property sale and the whole process using Shahbaj in this campaign has been seamless and Stress-free. Shahbaj get offers better than the asking price for this property. We couldn't have asked for more, or a better experience than Shahbaj- thank you once again!
