He does his job very well!

Shahbaj loves what he does and is enthusiastic about the property market. Because of his love for people he spots specific features of individual properties that have value to specific buyers and is very successful at matching the right property to the right person. He communicates well and we would definitely recommend Shahbaj if you are selling your property. Thank you Shahbaj. Loved working with you. You're a natural at what you do. 😊

Shahbaj has presented himself in our suburb with regular mail drops and successful sales viewed in the area.He was very knowledgeable and helpful with the whole sale process.

We absolutely enjoyed working with Shahbaj. Very knowledgeable and professional, he always made himself available to us whenever we had any queries throughout the buying process even late evenings. We dealt with so many agents before buying this home, but Shahbaj listened to our needs, made us feel comfortable, non-pushy and found us our dream home. Overall, fabulous experience and we would recommend Shahbaj to anyone buying or selling a home!

Shahbaj has been fantastic from start to finish, kept us fully informed throughout. highly highly highly recommend!

I was extremely pleased dealing with Shahbaj as my agent. He was very friendly and professional. He was knowledgeable of the market and I didn't feel pressured to make any decisions. Even after the sale of my property Shahbaj went out of his way to help me with other issues which I greatly appreciated.

Shahbaj was very professional and efficient and sold our unit after only 2 weeks on the market. We were very happy with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Great agent showed lots of patience and professionalism as well as support!
