From our first contact with Shahbaj he was prompt, helpful and knew the market. The property was occupied by tenants and he communicated with them to organise open home dates and times that were convenient. Shahbaj provided us with reports regularly and always responded to our messages and/or phone calls quickly answering our queries and providing information or advice. We were very happy with the selling price achieved by Shahbaj. There were problems with the rental management company which caused some delay and Shahbaj liaised with the buyers and us to make sure the settlement process completed successfully. At all times he looked after our interests and those of the buyers. We feel that he went over and above what was expected and was always a pleasure to deal with.
