My wife and I were looking for a house in Perth for several months. Considering we have never lived in the area, we have had no idea where to live, and our area range was varying from Yangebup to Rockingham. Was looking for an agent who had a lot of success with selling houses quickly as I had already put a hold on a villa in a retirement village. Everywhere I went I saw real estate signs showing Shahbaj Brar had sold houses not long after I noticed they were put on the market. This was the type of agent I was looking for. From our first contact with Shahbaj he was prompt, helpful and knew the market. The property was occupied by tenants and he communicated with them to organise open home dates and times that were convenient.
