Shahbaj is by far the most pro active real estate agent we have worked with. He keeps us updated right from the beginning. He fully understands the current market and has an effective marketing strategy. We will fully recommend him as a selling agent to anyone.

This is the second property we bought from Shahbaj. It’s always a pleasure to work with Shahbaj, exceed our expectations, trustworthy, great local knowledge and the best service and advice. This time things went complicated but he sorted all issues and kept us informed. We are happy clients and highly recommend Shahbaj.

Shahbaj sold our home quick and he is good in communication. He did kept us informed. He is very down to earth, approachable and very helpful. Thanks Shahbaj and we recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property.

Shahbaj made buying experience stress free and fun. We had lot of questions and Shahbaj was straight onto it. Shahbaj is a true professional with great market knowledge and huge experience. We surely found our agent for life.

According to my own experience with Agent Shabaj Brar, He is a great agent, he helped me a lot particularly when i struggle for loan process time he suggest a mortgage broker to complete loan process. I would like to thank him. But at the time of final inspection time, that house was on sale for 8 months, lot of webs inside the house and weeds in front and courtyard about 1 meter to 1.6 meter height. I requested Mr.shabaj to tell land lord to clear. but he didn't. It was very hard to pull that weeds. Apart from that I was satisfied.

I would have no hesitation recommending Shahbaj to any person wanting to sell their home He very passionate, realistic and has much knowledge and expedience of the current market and areas of homes for sale

Shahbaj has been great throughout. Very helpfull, knowledgeable, always good in advice and great communicator. I highly recommend Shahbaj to anyone looking to sell in Thornlie.

We encountered a lot of unexpected hiccups during my sale which my agent went above and beyond to rectify for a smooth sale

Before Shahbaz Brar, I chose to sell my house through a local real estate, who suppose to top in Avely area but I left frustrated and upset. Then I came across Shahbaj Brar, and I would 100% recommend him to anyone in the Perth market. His attention to detail and due diligence separates him from other agents. Shahbaj makes the selling process so seamless and smooth, he is highly professional, was in constant communication with us and was always very approachable. Thank you for your service, and it was indeed a fabulous experience rating Brar as very caring informative and guided us through the whole process without any uncomfortable issues.
