Shahbaj has provided us with all the information we need to sell our house.

Shahbaj was extremely helpful and always on the ball he is a very very good agent I would recommend him to anyone

I like to thank Shahbaj today for selling my property. I had it with another agent for 4 months and he couldn't sell it, within 10 days with Shahbaj my property was sold. Great marketing, true to his words and amazing communication. Got us a great price. I highly recommend Shahbaj to anyone who's looking sell their property.

Shahbaj will take that extra step for you when others don't. Thanks for helping us get this wonderful home.

Could not recommend Shahbaj any higher as an agent.Nothing was problem and only to willing to help where he could.LJ Hooker should be proud of this man.

Exceptional & understands market & clients needs well to make effective sale. Pleasant & easy to talk to. Always gets back to me & keep me informed.

Highly reccomend, we talked with many agents, Shahbaj from LJ Hooker impressed most by his analysis of market, how to attract more potential customers & how to price our property. And truth is he done really amazing job, he sold our property only 1month after tenants out - this is too efficient, saving us huge mortgage loan payments; more importantly, final price we sold is even HIGHER than our expectation. No doubt he is very professional and worthy your trust.

Shahbaj is exceptional being both professional and knowledgeable in the industry. I am beyond happy he sold my house in 2 weeks for the full price and I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

From my first dealings with Shahbaj I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. Having undertaken several property transactions, I've worked with a variety of agents and Shahbaj was one of the best. His initial appraisal was spot on, he demonstrated a strong enthusiasm and commitment to our property and kept us full informed all the way through the sale process right up to settlement. I would be happy to recommend Shahbaj to anyone selling in the Thornlie area.

Shahbaj handeld the whole deal very professional and kept me up to date at all times.excellent service.

Truly helpful from selling our house to even helping us find another house and gave advise in regards to dealing with other agents and settlement (something he didnt need to do) Got us a price for our house that we are happy with. Would highly recommend and use again.
