Cedric made many accomodations for me and my unusual work schedule including: additional showings, late-night replies and Sunday meetings. He cleaned the unit while the sellers were interstate (I.e. vacuuming before my final inspection) and helped me access the house with his ladder when the front gate was deactivated. This is the first time I felt an agent prioritise me as buyer, even though he's contracted by the seller.
